What are your session rates and format of sessions?

The format of all sessions is virtual through telehealth. I am currently only able to meet with clients who are located in the states of North Carolina and Michigan based on my licensure.

Individual sessions range between 45 minutes and 90 minutes - this is dependent on the unique needs each client presents the plan we build to address their goals.

Research has shown therapy yields consistent results when started on a weekly basis. However, therapists and clients discuss the potential benefits and outcomes with session frequency to adapt and meet the needs of each client. Session frequency is a maintained component that can be discussed at any point in therapy as our needs and life circumstances change.

Session rates range based on the type of therapy provided, the length of sessions (ex: 45 minutes), and client plan of therapy. Rates range from $120-$250.

EMDR therapy, ERP for OCD, talk therapy, and psychoeducational modalities all differ in how session format, approach, and integration apply. The format of sessions is something I like to discuss with clients in relation to their hopes for therapy, so that we may structure our time in session, and their out of session opportunities for integration, to build a schedule that works best for their goals.

I am not currently able to accept HSA or FSA cards.

My approach to this as a relational therapist is it depends. Through my experience working with clients and implementing modalities such as EMDR therapy, ERP for OCD, and IFS, I have come to an immense appreciation for the value in the building and maintenance of the therapeutic relationship itself.

I am open to meeting with clients as long as we determine it is therapeutic. Whether that means a few weeks or over time the months grow into years, I am here to continue holding an adaptive space as needs are unique, and it feels most authentic to honor each relational need.

I have met with clients for weeks, months, and years. Some clients take certain times of the year “off” while traveling out of state, and other individuals choose to utilize the therapeutic space for specific challenges they hope to address. Sometimes we begin our journey with therapy addressing one challenge, and then decide to continue with others and that is completely acceptable. I will continue maintaining licensure in both North Carolina and Michigan and invite clients to reach out if they would like to meet again or send life updates.

Your journey is yours, it’s my privilege to walk with you through it.
